The CEO Collective definitely impacted my life because now I’m in a network of similar minded women. I can’t talk to people (back home) – many of my friends are employed, so they don’t know what I’m going through. So that’s why I’m very excited to have this chance to hook up with other business women here.
The CEO Collective definitely gave my business stability and it’s the first time I’m running my business and it’s not running me.
It was always a lot of clients came and then I had to react to everything. And now for the first time I’m really driving my business and make decisions.
I’ve only attended The CEO Retreat virtually (before this one) so I gained a lot more clarity. Many points became more clear in the sense of I don’t need to have 10 ways of attracting clients, but having one way that works is definitely enough, so that made my goals and then the projects I’m working on this quarter much easier.
What I particularly like about The CEO Collective collective is when every Monday there’s a CEO Date where you look at “what were my goals and what did I say by this week, I would’ve accomplished these and these tasks”. You have a time to schedule it. You have a time to celebrate your wins and to get support where needed. That is very helpful.
