Our relationships are everything.
– Maureen
The seed for The CEO Collective® was planted in 2018, when Racheal Cook and her team hosted the first CEO Retreat.
Over 50 women entrepreneurs worldwide gathered in Richmond VA and virtually to craft strategic action plans for their business.
The conversations were deep and meaningful as women supported each other in making big, executive business decisions.
Racheal knew this was the bridge between struggling to survive as a business owner and thriving as a CEO.
Year after year, clients share that they obliterate the overwhelm and information overload with the 90-Day “check-off-able” strategic plan.
More deeply, they cite the support they receive from The CEO Collective as the reason they all have found freedom, flexibility, and sustainable success in their businesses and lives.

SHANNON SIRIANO GREENWOOD
COMMUNITY & CONNECTIONS
Founder, leader, and community builder, Shannon Siriano Greenwood is most passionate about sharing the stories of exceptional people. As a mentor within The CEO Collective, Shannon draws on her vast experience as an owner and leader of small businesses, moderator and speaker at conferences and events, expertise as a consultant, and accomplishments as a magazine publisher to help our members build their confidence and take action to achieve their goals.
Outside of The CEO Collective, Shannon owns and runs Rebelle, a network for women and nonbinary professionals that focuses on the power of community. Their signature program, SWELL by Rebelle, offers peer group support for women looking to develop their leadership acumen, prioritize themselves, and create their own definition of success while paving the way for generations to come.
Shannon excels at being a “Super Connector” who is eternally curious about people and what makes them tick. She has interviewed thousands of women from celebrities to founders, authors, physicians, creatives, and everyday women to understand their perspectives and share their experiences with audiences big and small. Candidly, we appreciate her ability to create meaningful connections, validate people’s feelings, lead strategically, and her gift for breaking tension with her sense of humor.
Most meaningful, however, is the impact she has been able to have on people’s lives both personally and professionally. She is passionate about leadership, personal development, and building relationships…and her husband, two boys, and the village of friends and family she holds dear.

Founder and ceo of the CEO COLLECTIVE
It’s about prioritizing your mental and physical health so you can show up 100% present for your work, your family, and for YOU.”
Racheal Cook is more than an award-winning founder, leader, strategist, and coach, she is a human who believes that CEOs should also reclaim their humanity as part of their success model.
With over 20+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, and systems development and implementation – and about a million other things – Racheal is here to help women CEOs collectively find freedom, flexibility, and success while they build their companies to generate results.
She knows how to lead with heart, soul, and strategy – and her collective thrives on deep, personal support bolstered by a generative, energetic community of women who genuinely care about one another and are united in collaboration to help one another succeed.
As the Founder and CEO of The CEO Collective, Racheal has grown a predictably profitable business while raising 3 kids aged 13 and under, and retiring her husband to become a stay-at-home dad — all while working less than 25 hours a week.
But it wasn’t always this way…
After earning her MBA in Entrepreneurship, winning the National Small Business Institute Competition, and working for several years consulting with small businesses and tech start-ups, she hit BURNOUT. (The all-caps kind.)
10 panic attacks in 10 weeks. Adrenal fatigue from years of working 75-hour weeks, surviving off drive-through dinners and taking zero care of herself.
Since that breakdown/breakthrough, Racheal has dramatically re-designed every aspect of her business based on her own definition of success – where creating a meaningful life is just as important as creating a meaningful living.
And she’s helped thousands of clients across a huge range of industries create stable, sustainable success for themselves, too. Through her signature online mastermind The CEO Collective, she helps women entrepreneurs sustainably scale their businesses while prioritizing their life, health, and family too! She values direct communication, can fluently speak strategy to non-strategists, centers her company values on her personal values, and doesn’t separate herself from the people she serves.
A sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, marketing, and productivity, Racheal’s work has been featured in the US Chamber of Commerce, Entrepreneur on Fire, Female Entrepreneur Association, Inc, Fast Company, Forbes, and more. She also hosts the “Promote Yourself to CEO” podcast and is the author of the Amazon Best Sellers Fired Up & Focused and Your Business Sweet Spot.
