ABOUT THE CEO COLLECTIVE®
We built this because the old way
wasn’t working for us either.
The CEO Collective® exists because service-based women entrepreneurs deserve a business that works for their real life – not the life someone else’s playbook imagined for them.
“In The CEO Collective, you are never alone. Racheal and her team root for me like my family does. I expected the expertise when I joined, but I didn’t expect the warmth and genuine friendship I found here.”
— Maureen Clancey, Founding Member since 2021
THE ORIGIN OF THE CEO COLLECTIVE®
It started with
50 women in a room
making real decisions.
In 2018, Racheal Cook and her team hosted the first CEO Retreat. Over 50 women entrepreneurs from around the world gathered – in Richmond, Virginia and virtually – to do something the online business world rarely made space for: build strategic plans specific to their kind of business.
Not growth hacking. Not follower counts. Not the tactics designed for product companies with venture funding and content teams.
Real decisions about real businesses built on relationships, expertise, and trust.
The conversations were different. The support was different. Women weren’t competing – they were building together, making executive-level decisions with a room full of people who actually understood the terrain.
Racheal knew she’d found the bridge: between struggling to survive as a business owner and genuinely thriving as a CEO.
The CEO Collective® was born from that room.
It has never stopped growing – not because of a viral moment or a perfect launch, but because of what happens inside it. Women find a plan, a team, and a community that stays.
"The map was wrong for the terrain. Women had been following a playbook built for someone else's business — and blaming themselves for the gap."

FOUNDER & CEO · THE CEO COLLECTIVE®
Racheal Cook, MBA
After earning her MBA in Entrepreneurship and winning the National Small Business Institute Competition, she spent years consulting with small businesses and startups — and then burned out completely. The all-caps kind. Ten panic attacks in ten weeks. Adrenal fatigue from years of 75-hour weeks and drive-through dinners.
That breakdown became a blueprint. Racheal rebuilt every aspect of her business around one question: what would this look like if my life came first? The answer became the 90 Day CEO Operating System®.
For more than a decade, she has worked 25 hours a week by design – not by accident – while raising three children, retiring her husband as a full-time stay-at-home dad, navigating her own health challenges, and growing a business that has served over 2,500 business owners worldwide.
“In 2025, I dropped everything to move my mother into memory care and navigate hospice, move my dad into senior living, and sell their home. I barely had 5 hours a week to work. My business ran anyway. It didn’t grow that year but my clients continued to get amazing results even when my team took over all of the day-to-day operations for almost a year. And as the sole breadwinner for my family, I was able to continue to pay myself more than enough.
That is not luck. That is design. My business did exactly what I built it to do.”
— Racheal Cook · December 2025
That’s what Racheal teaches inside The CEO Collective®. Not hustle with better boundaries. Not mindset reframes on a leaky foundation. The actual structural design of a business that can hold your real life – the medical leaves, the family crises, the seasons of grief, and the seasons of growth.
She’s the author of two Amazon best sellers, Fired Up & Focused and Your Business Sweet Spot, and the host of the Promote Yourself to CEO podcast.

FOUNDER & CEO · THE CEO COLLECTIVE®
Racheal Cook, MBA
Racheal built The CEO Collective® on a simple premise: a business that requires your sacrifice to survive isn’t a business – it’s a hostage situation. She spent years proving that premise, then the rest of her career teaching other women to live it.

HOW WE OPERATE
Our values are not a mood board.
They’re a set of decisions.
Every structural choice inside The CEO Collective® – how we price, how we build the team, how we show up in hard seasons – flows from these four commitments.
01: Life Before Business
What this looks like in practice
The businesses built inside The CEO Collective® are designed to survive the hardest seasons of your life - medical leave, family crisis, grief, major transitions. Not as aspiration. As baseline infrastructure. When your business can hold up during the months that take you out completely, you've built something unshakable.
02: We Are The New Economy
What this looks like in practice
We are not trying to win capitalism. We are building a model for conscious business where everyone wins: clients, community, team, and business owner. We believe when you take care of your people, your people take care of you. Inside The CEO Collective®, members hire each other, refer each other, and pay each other for expertise. Resources circulate. Opportunity compounds. We didn't inherit this ecosystem. We designed it.
03: In Women We Trust
What this looks like in practice
The research is clear: women build more profitable businesses, reinvest the profits back into their families, teams, and communities at higher rates, and generate revenue faster than their male counterparts. When women win economically, everyone around them wins. That is not a feel-good statement — it is a documented outcome.
The CEO Collective® is for all women - cis, trans, and nonbinary; every ethnicity, background, religion, and orientation. We work exclusively with women not to exclude, but to focus. Because when more women build unshakable businesses, the ripple effect is enormous.
04: We Are Stronger Together
What this looks like in practice
The women who get the most out of The CEO Collective® are the ones willing to drop their armor and ask for support - raw, real, and vulnerable. That is not weakness. In the right room, vulnerability is the most powerful move you can make.
We work hard to be that room. Psychological safety isn't something we offer. It's the foundation we build first. When you feel genuinely safe to show up as you are, you stop performing and start growing. That is where the real breakthroughs live.
WHEN YOU’RE READY
You’ve been building something real.
It’s time it worked as hard as you have.
The CEO Collective® is for women entrepreneurs who are done outpacing their own infrastructure and ready to build a business that grows with clarity, runs without chaos, and holds up to whatever life brings.
