I think The CEO Collective is an amazing experience. My biggest win is stepping into my role as CEO.

I came into The Collective afraid, confused, and feeling like my business was out of control. My first Mentor Call was all about dealing with a nightmare client and how my confidence had taken a shot. I did not know where to go from there.

I was lost. I felt unprepared. I felt my mindset was not in the right place for me to achieve sustainable success in the future, and I felt like I was second guessing myself all the time. I did not have a structure yet. I had just come up with a name because I’ve been doing this work, but I haven’t made it official. So I think that’s kind of where I was. I did not have boundaries around my work because I was still doing other types of work as well. I did not know exactly what my strengths and my passion was.

The year (that went by SO fast) gave me the tools, knowledge, support, and accountability that I needed to push myself beyond my comfort zone and structure my business to support my life.

 I implemented just a system and a habit, especially a habit of checking in with… Like, establishing a plan, checking in with my plan and being accountable to that plan every single week. I think I created habits and systems that allowed me to give shape to my structure and shape to my business.

Today I’m a lot more confident. I am a lot clearer on what needs to get done, specifically marketing wise. I am super confident that I will achieve success because I know what I’m doing. I’ve developed my offer. I am marketing my offer and I have all the support in place to help me achieve that success. 

My biggest win is noticing that today I am making more money with MUCH more ease!!! So, in a way, I am richer just because I am more myself, more daring, more connected, and more in tune with what I need to do to grow my business. Thank you CEO Collective and thank you Racheal and Team!
