A FREE PODCAST SERIES · 6 EPISODES + THE CEO CEILING ASSESSMENT

Most business advice assumes
someone else is handling your life.
The matriarchy would never.

You’re not behind, and you don’t need to want it harder. You were handed a playbook written for someone else. These six episodes name the assumptions baked into “how business works,” and show you what to build instead.

You’ve probably heard this type of
BS business bumper sticker advice.

“Get up at five for the miracle morning.”

Who’s getting the kids out the door?

“You just have to want it more.”

As if effort was ever the missing piece.

“Work on your mindset.”

The answer you get when the program didn’t work.

“The price goes up at midnight.”

Everything apparently happens at midnight.

“Hire the cheapest person you can find.”

Then wonder why nobody sticks around.

“Just give me a list.”

Which still leaves the whole mental load with you.

Every one of these assumes someone else is handling the laundry, running errands, school dropoff, taking your mom to the doctor, and all the other life tasks that keep women busy.

That person was rarely paid, and she was never written into the business plan.

So when the plan breaks, it’s not a discipline problem. It’s a design flaw.

Business as usual was built on unpaid and invisible labor. The matriarchy would do it better than usual.

Business as Usual
The Matriarchy Would…
Plan for 100% capacity, 100% of the time
Plan for 70% and build in the buffer
One person at the top, resources flow up
Resources circulate so everyone’s needs get met
Fake deadlines, resetting timers, objection busting
Real information, and an easy way to say no
“Work on your mindset”
Real questions get real answers
Success means a revenue number
Success is defined across your whole life first
Pay people as little as possible
Pay people like you value them
Get her through the door, then disappear
Host her like a kitchen party

A woman at the top of the pyramid isn’t matriarchy.
It’s just patriarchy in pink.

THE SERIES · 6 EPISODES

First, take apart patriarchy.
Then build a Matriarchal Business.

Episodes 1-3 name it. Episodes 4-6 rebuild it.

The Matriarchy Would Never Assume You Are the Safety Net cover art

Episode 01

The Matriarchy Would Never Assume You Are the Safety Net

Almost every piece of business advice was written by someone who had a person at home quietly handling life. This is where the series starts: naming that invisible assumption, and why the women at my last CEO Retreat had to answer two questions before they were allowed to write a single goal.

If your plan only survives your best weeks, you don’t have a plan. You have a streak.

The Matriarchy Would Never Sell You Patriarchy in Pink cover art

Episode 02

The Matriarchy Would Never Sell You Patriarchy in Pink

Girl boss culture changed the font and kept the pyramid. The rented handbags, the personas engineered to earn your trust before you check anything, the revenue claims with none of the story, and why “raise your vibration” is asset protection, not coaching.

This is not an audit of you. It’s an audit of the structure.

The Matriarchy Would Never Shut Down Your Critical Thinking cover art

Episode 03

The Matriarchy Would Never Shut Down Your Critical Thinking

The book written to protect buyers from manipulative sales tactics, and how an entire industry turned it into a playbook. Tactic by tactic, the honest version that does the same job, plus the one question to run on any marketing you see (including mine).

Is this giving me information, or making it harder to think?

The Matriarchy Would Never Leave You Out of Your Own Business Plan cover art

Episode 04

The Matriarchy Would Never Leave You Out of Your Own Business Plan

The hour-and-a-pen exercise I run before anyone in my world sets a goal. Your definition of success in five areas of life, the season you’re in, what CEO you actually needs, and why I only ever plan for 70% of my capacity. Do this one before you plan 2027.

The business is the engine, not one of the destinations.

The Matriarchy Would Never Say One Thing and Do Another cover art

Episode 05

The Matriarchy Would Never Say One Thing and Do Another

I go first. Five decisions I made inside The CEO Collective that went against the standard playbook, across vision, values, leadership, team, and client experience, and exactly what each one cost me.

Who absorbs the cost if this goes wrong?

The Matriarchy Would Never Treat You Like a Transaction cover art

Episode 06 · with Cris Caruso

The Matriarchy Would Never Treat You Like a Transaction

Cris brought a hotel concierge mindset into one of the most transactional industries there is, built a referral-based financial planning practice for women who never saw themselves in it, and took the entire month of August off. Here’s how.

Work for enough, not for a never-ending more.

INCLUDED WITH THE SERIES

If you are the safety net, you are also the ceiling.

The moment you’re in, you also get the replay of The CEO Ceiling Assessment, my live working session on the five places service-based CEOs quietly max out.

You press play, score each area green, yellow, or red, and walk away knowing your actual constraint instead of a vague sense of overwhelm. Most of the CEOs in the live room found more than one red.

Red isn’t failure. It’s information. And it means you stop spending another quarter fixing the wrong thing.

MBA18+ Years in Business2,500+ Women CoachedCreator, 90 Day CEO Operating System®

In 2010 I was looking for a business coach with six-month-old twins, a chronic illness, and three or four good working hours a day. Everyone told me to grind out 12-hour days. Nobody asked who was watching the babies.

So I built a business around the life I actually had. In 2025 it ran on less than five hours a week while I cared for my mom through her final months. The systems held.

I learned the patriarchal playbook before I unlearned it. This series is everything I wish someone had handed me sixteen years ago.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Made for the woman holding everything together.

This is for you if

  • You run a service-based, relationship-driven business
  • You’re the safety net for your kids, your parents, your team, or all three
  • You’ve felt the ick about a tactic and been told it was a money block
  • You want a business that survives your hardest months, not just your best ones

This is not for you if

  • You want a countdown-timer, objection-busting sales playbook
  • You believe growth at all costs is worth the cost
  • You’d rather keep hustling than question the system
FAIR QUESTIONS

Before you opt in.

Can't I just find these episodes on the podcast?

Yes, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. They’re scattered across Promote Yourself to CEO between other episodes. Opting in gets you all six together, in order, plus the CEO Ceiling Assessment replay and a short note from me alongside each episode so the series actually moves something in your business.

Is this a pitch disguised as a free series?

The episodes are complete on their own. You’ll hear about The CEO Collective, because it’s what I do, and saying no will always be easy. Nothing expires at midnight.

Do I need to do anything special to listen?

No. Listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or right in your browser.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Unsubscribe anytime, and your email is never sold or shared.
