Business does not work without systems. You’ve got to have those. And when you have those, it runs seamlessly and it becomes rinse and repeat. So things are just running so much smoothly. We are doing so much more volume.

I fly in from across the country. So for us, we have realized the value of coming in person. It is a completely different feel, and you get so much out of coming in and seeing all these people who we’ve seen on Zoom for month after month. Then we get to come meet them and talk with them and have dinner with them and laugh with them. And it is so much fun. So I would suggest highly that everyone attend at least one in person retreat.
