About The CEO Collective

Surround Yourself With a Team of Women Who Support Your Ambition

Group Shot About Banner

The seed for The CEO Collective® was planted in 2017, when Racheal Cook and her team hosted the first CEO Retreat.

Over 50 women entrepreneurs from across the world gathered in Richmond VA and virtually to crafted strategic action plans for their business.

The conversations were deep and meaningful as women supported each other in making big, executive decisions in their businesses.

Racheal knew this was the bridge between struggling to survive as a business owner and thriving as a CEO.

Year after year, clients shared that they had obliterated the overwhelm and information overload with a check-off-able strategic plan – it was like giving a racehorse blinders so they could see no way forward but the track ahead.

The CEO Collective® Founder Racheal Cook, MBA

You don’t have to sacrifice your sanity, your family, or your health to grow your business.
We’re here to help create Success on Your Terms.

In the 15 years of my entrepreneurial journey, I’ve grown a predictably profitable business while raising 3 kids aged 12 and under, and retiring my husband to become a stay-at-home dad — all while working less than 25 hours a week.

But it wasn’t always this way…

After earning my MBA in Entrepreneurship, winning the National Small Business Institute Competition, and working for several years consulting with small businesses and tech start-ups, I hit BURNOUT. (The all caps kind.)

10 panic attacks in 10 weeks. Adrenal fatigue from years of working 75-hour weeks, surviving off drive-through dinners, and taking zero care of myself.

Since that breakdown/breakthrough, I’ve dramatically re-designed every aspect of my business based on my own definition of success (where creating a meaningful life is just as important as creating a meaningful living).

And I’ve helped thousands of clients across a huge range of industries create stable, sustainable success for themselves — without wasting another dime on “magic formula” programs or courses.

Now, we’re on a mission to help even more savvy smart women CEOs embrace their own definition of success, so they can work less and live more.

Because we know success is more than just financial freedom…

It’s about having the freedom to work with clients you absolutely adore (no more saying yes because you desperately need the cash).

It’s about having the time freedom to take a gorgeous day off to make memories with your kids and live your dream life right now.

Freedom prioritize your mental and physical health, so you can show up 100% present for your clients, 100% present for your family, and 100% for YOU.

What began as a cautionary tale is now my compass – it points true north – where freedom and business success are not only possible, they are inextricably intertwined.
