4 Key Systems for Sustainable Growth
Entrepreneurs earning 10x more aren’t working 10x harder. They are working smarter.
We hear that we should work smarter all the time, but still many of us small business owners struggle to consistently do the marketing, sales, and growth activities that would help us achieve their goals.
That’s why I love rinse-and-repeat systems!
We’ll walk through the 4 key systems that allow you to streamline your business, allowing you to get out of the day-to-day of running your business so you can focus on more high-impact, revenue generating activities.

Protecting Your Time, Energy, and Personal Life
Dreaming of a 25 hour work week is the easy part.
The hard part? Navigating the discomfort of holding stronger boundaries, making NO your new favorite response, and leveling up the habits that help you stay focused on CEO-level work!
We have to fight against the societal people-pleasing programming we were raised in that teaches us to be available 24/7, to put everyone else’s needs first, and avoid advocating for ourselves.
We’ll talk about the journey of pushing out of our comfort zone and into our growth zone as we learn to fully show up as the CEO of your life & business.

Your Host Racheal Cook
I’m the Founder of The CEO Collective and Host of the Promote Yourself to CEO Podcast, and I’ve grown my business while working an average of 25 hours a week since 2008.
When I started my business, I was deep in the process of recovering from burnout after years of burning the candle at both ends in my consulting career. It was the first time I experienced chronic fatigue and pain that made it nearly impossible to get out of bed some days.
Not even a year into my business, I discovered I was pregnant with twins! I realized it was essential for me to figure out how to design a business that allowed me to take care of myself and start a family.
Fifteen years later, I’m so grateful to my past self for implementing the core strategies that have grown my business while allowing my husband to leave his job to help raise our three kids (now 14, 14, and 11), help manage the care of my aging parents, and prioritize my own health and well-being.
