A 5-EPISODE SERIES · FREE · PLUS THE RESOURCE KIT
“Just use AI” is the new “just hire a team,” and it fails for exactly the same reason.
You cannot delegate confusion. Not to a person, not to a tool. Five episodes on putting AI to work inside a business that runs on trust, without handing away the part your clients are actually paying for.

THE CONVERSATION YOU’VE BEEN HANDED
Most of the AI conversation is happening at two extremes.
Founders posting publicly about the payroll they cut. Founders who will not touch any of it. Both positions are loud, both are easy to defend at a dinner party, and neither one leaves you with something you can run a business on Monday morning. There is a third position, and almost nobody is articulating it.
The Replace-First Camp
**Sounds like:** “We cut the team and nobody noticed.”**Assumes:** the work was the whole relationship.**Costs you:** trust you spent years building.**Leaves you:** efficient and forgettable.
The Refuse-It Camp
**Sounds like:** “I will not use any of it.”**Assumes:** the technology is the threat.**Costs you:** hours you are never getting back.**Leaves you:** doing $10 an hour work at $1,000 an hour rates.
Human First
**Sounds like:** “Decide on purpose, one function at a time.”**Assumes:** *untrained* technology is the threat.**Costs you:** real time up front, spent training.**Leaves you:** clear on what stays yours permanently.
Feed it nothing about you and you get back the average of everything. That is not an AI problem. That is a foundation problem, and it is the same one that shows up the first time you hire.
THE SERIES · 5 EPISODES
What changes when you stop asking whether to use AI and start deciding where.
01 Human First AI Is a Decision, Not a Vibe
Six months, three programs, an intensive, and a lot of building inside this business before saying anything publicly. The position and the reasoning behind it, including the part most people skip. AI amplifies people. It does not replace them.[Listen to episode one](https://theceocollective.com/podcast/human-first-ai)
02 Where AI Is Quietly Breaking Trust in Your Small Business
How business owners break trust with clients without ever intending to. A retouched photo from 2016 turns out to be the same problem, and the risk is not usually an ethics problem. It is a recognition problem.[Listen to episode two](https://theceocollective.com/podcast/ai-breaking-trust)
03 You Cannot Delegate Confusion to AI
Three columns on a piece of paper ended months of AI pushback inside a tech company, and it was the same delegation exercise taught inside The CEO Collective® for decades. The diagram that sorts every task in your business into human only, AI only, and the overlap where the real work lives.[Listen to episode three](https://theceocollective.com/podcast/what-to-delegate-to-ai)
04 [EPISODE 4 TITLE NEEDED]
Nothing starts in the automated column. Everything gets promoted into it. What has to exist in your business before AI can produce anything worth publishing, and how to start building the brain it runs on.[EPISODE 4 LINK NEEDED]
05 [EPISODE 5 TITLE NEEDED]
[EPISODE 5 BLURB NEEDED. Send me the angle and I will write it.]
THE FRAMEWORK
Three zones. Not fifty tools. One question, repeated for every function you run.
Draw two overlapping circles. Human only on the left. AI only on the right. The overlap in the middle. Then run one workflow through it. Not your whole marketing operation. One workflow, the one that eats the most hours and has to stay consistent whether or not you feel like it.
Human Only
Your point of view. Your judgment. Your intellectual property. Every relationship in your business, with clients, colleagues, and community. This list does not shrink as the tools improve. It is the reason people hire you.
The Overlap
Training, feedback, correction. This is where almost nobody is spending time, and it is the only route into the right-hand circle. Skip it and you get output that reads like everyone else’s.
AI Only
Repetitive, defined, low judgment. Transcription. Dashboards. Trigger-based automations. Data pulls. Nothing lands here on day one. Everything gets promoted here after it has been trained.
The same diagram works with CEO on the left and team on the right. That is not a coincidence. That is the whole point.
THE RESOURCE KIT
You do not need an AI strategy. You need one workflow, sorted.
Most people try to sort at the job level and get stuck. Take one function instead, and give it an hour. Opt in and everything I hand out across this series lands in one place.
The Sorting Worksheet
The Venn diagram from episode three, built so you can actually run it. Document one workflow, sort every step, and come out knowing what stays yours, what gets trained, and what you are aiming to hand off entirely.
The Business Brain Starter
The context AI has to have before it can produce anything that sounds like you. This is the piece from episode four, and it is the difference between output you publish and output you rewrite.
Every Resource in the Series
All five episodes, the tools and frameworks referenced in each one, and our AI statement, collected on one page you can come back to instead of scrolling five sets of show notes.

YOUR HOST
Racheal Cook, MBA
Founder, The CEO Collective® · Host, *Promote Yourself to CEO®*MBA · 18+ Years in Business · 2,500+ Women Coached · Creator, 90 Day CEO Operating System® · 350+ Members Since 2020I spent six months on this before I said anything publicly. Three programs, an intensive, and a lot of building. Not reading about AI. Not collecting other people’s opinions. Actually using it inside this business until I had a position I would be willing to defend out loud. Here is where I landed. The relationships are the business. My clients, my colleagues, my community, my team. I have spent decades building that trust and it does not take much to break it, so nothing touches it that has not earned the right to.Everything else is a delegation question, and delegation is what I have been teaching women entrepreneurs to do for eighteen years. **The only thing that changed is who you are delegating to.**
OUR POSITION
Some things we will not do, and we put them in writing.
No synthetic voice. No synthetic images. If it looks like me, it is me. Every relationship in this business is with an actual person, and the efficiency we gain gets recirculated to our team rather than pocketed. We published the whole thing so you can hold us to it.[Read our AI statement](https://theceocollective.com/ai-statement)
